Forum Terms & Rules

By registering with the AussieCompers forums you are declaring that you are aged 13 years or older. You also agree that if you aged under 18 years of age that you have an adults permission to access our forums.


MEMBERSHIP TERMS


ClubAC membership is $55 per year which includes 12 months access to the forum. Other options include $35 for 6mths or $20 for 3mths.
We do NOT offer refunds if you change your mind - so please ensure that you are familiar with how message boards work or be willing to learn. We have people who are ready to help you learn - just ask.

Aussiecompers Forum Membership Terms and Conditions

Aussiecompers cannot be responsible for message content. All messages express the views of the author and not that of Aussiecompers. The owners or the representatives of Aussiecompers may remove, edit, move, or simply close topics they feel do not follow the rules or deem to be inappropriate.
Inappropriate content will be removed without notice.

Personal attacks or personal insults to other members will not be tolerated. Challenge other points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully. Any member who threatens anyone on the forum, via PM (personal message) or Email will be banned immediately without notice or refund.
Register using only one user name, and do not "flood" the board with posts that are off-topic. Creating multiple user accounts or flooding the board will be considered a denial-of-service attack on the forums and will result in your being banned from the forum and reported to your ISP.


Aussiecompers reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone and if membership is refused a full refund will be issued.

If you have been banned from the Aussiecompers forum or had a membership refused, you are NOT welcome to rejoin under other names, doing so will result in being reported to your ISP and the police for cyber stalking.

Your membership entitles you to access the forums available to your level of membership. If you have paid for a membership you will be entitled to view certain forums for the length of time you paid for. If your membership is suspended or banned because of your own actions, there will be no refund issued. Canceling a membership is of your own choice and we do not issue refunds once the boards have been accessed. You are not permitted to share your membership with anyone else - doing so will result in your membership ending with no refund. The forums are for your personal use and not considered professional advice in any way.

We do not permit any links to competing websites or advertising of those sites.

These forums and the information in the forums are for your private use only.

Members are permitted to view and in some cases comment on photos displayed in the gallery. These photos are not owned by AussieCompers. They are owned by the individual members and may not be copied, saved, distributed or used in any way without the owners express permission. If you are found to be using these photos your details will be passed onto the authorities.

If you have any problems with the forum you need to contact an administrator who will be able to address your concerns.

By becoming a member you agree to adhere to these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change and a current version is always displayed here. Members that violate these rules may be suspended or banned without refund.
